KMHS recognizes outstanding employees

Kitsap Mental Health Services recently recognized six staff at an agency wide gathering, honoring these employees for their outstanding service to KMHS, to their teams and to client services.

Awardees were nominated by co-workers throughout the agency. Those honored were Bob Bowling, facilities manager for more than 20 years for leadership excellence in maintaining campus facilities and agency housing; Ellie Carrithers, clinical manager of the Adult and Youth Inpatient Units; Janet Bohnet, Child and Family Services Department assistant; Alicia Anderson, Older Adult Services Care coordinator; Denise Merrill, Child and Family Services community support therapist; and Susan Woolley, Adult Outpatient Co-Occurring Disorders therapist.

They were each recognized for their dedication, commitment, and excellence in the provision of agency and client services. A Special Partnership Recognition Award was given to Department of Corrections probation officer Ethan Green for his longstanding collaborative work with KMHS.

Kitsap Mental Health Services is the primary provider of mental health services for Kitsap County, offering a continuum of care to children, adults and older adults, and their families.
