Community council talks public works projects

The Central Kitsap Community Council will have a meeting to discuss Kitsap County Public Works projects on Wednesday, Feb. 20 from 7 to 9 p.m.

Program managers from Public Works will give a presentation on new rate structures regarding recycling and transfer station initiatives. They will also report on the status of the Bucklin Hill bridge project.

There will be a 30 minute discussion of the Silverdale incorporation vote and community council retreat.

Time will be given after for public comment.
