Ruth Lundy Palmer passed away with her loving family by her side on Aug. 30, 2008 at her home in Silverdale. She was 83.

She was born on Oct. 19, 1924 in Portland, Ore. to Charles Curtis Lundy and Dora Abigail Edwards. Mrs. Palmer was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Silverdale Fourth Ward.

She is survived by her husband Robert Arthur Palmer and her children; Charles, Robert Jr., Stan and Denis Palmer, Joann Carr, Doug Palmer, Karen Adams and Tami Potter. She also leaves behind her brothers; John and Paul Lundy. There are 40 loving grandchildren and many dear great-grandchildren. A funeral service was Wednesday at the LDS 4th Ward – Frontier Building in Silverdale with interment at Cherry Grove Cemetery in Poulsbo.

Memorial contributions can be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints Missionary Fund.
