Results of inspections of restaurants and other food service establishments in the Bremerton/Silverdale area by the Kitsap County Health District. Scores are based on a scale of 98-100 (excellent), 92-97 (good), 86-91 (needs improvement), 76-85 (alert) and 75 or lower (closure). “P” indicates probation.

Lumpia Factory, NE Fairgrounds Road, Bremerton: 98.75 on April 27.
