Program: The Year of the Snowy Owl, presented by guest speaker
Bart Rulon. The winter of 2011 - 2012 was a tremendous eruption
season for snowy owls in Washington. Professional wildlife artist
and photographer Bart Rulon dedicated over 200 hours to photographing
snowy owls this year at Boundry Bay, (Canada), and Ocean Shores (WA.)
His slideshow will highlight some of Bart's favorite photographs during
these trips. He will share stories about his experiences with the owls
along with snowy owl facts.
