A children’s novel by Silverdale author Crystal Marcos is now available online and at Pages Books and Monica’s Waterfront Bakery & Cafe in Silverdale. “Bellyache: A Delicious Tale” follows 10-year-old Peter Fischer, who goes to work at his grandfather’s candy shop on a school holiday. Written “in the vein of the classic tales of Roald Dahl, this dangerously delectable debut shares the extraordinary misadventure of a boy who did not know when to say when,” the book’s cover says. “Bellyache” also features illustrations from a local artist.
