Kitsap Mental Health offers first aid training

A two-day mental health first aid course will be offered to the public Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 by Kitsap Mental Health Services. “Mental Health First Aiders” learn how to respond to signs of mental health concerns, such a panic attack, anxiety or depression. Cost for the training is $25 and registration is required by Sept. 9.
