East Bremerton video game bandits nabbed

Two Bremerton men suspected of assaulting a man while trying to steal a video game console from his garage were booked into jail Tuesday.
The victim, 20, who discovered the men in his garage holding a Wii, rushed and wrestled one of the suspects while the suspect pointed a pistol at him, according to a statement from the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspects were able to free themselves and assaulted the man, the statement said.
Deputies were called to the house on the 3000 block of Corfu Blvd. Northeast, in East Bremerton, around 4:21 p.m. While talking to the victim, a deputy discovered the suspects parked near the Illahee Dock off of Illahee Road Northeast.
The two were booked into Kitsap County jail for investigation of first-degree robbery.
