Needles found near Norm Dicks Center

Hypodermic needles were found in the area of Fifth Street behind the Norm Dicks Government Building where there is street parking Oct. 7.

A police officer arrived on scene at about 4:16 p.m. and observed five capped needles in a parking stall. The needles appeared empty. They were placed in a container for disposal.
