Gov. orders flags to half-staff on March 1st

Gov. Chris Gregoire directed that flags at all Washington state agency buildings be lowered to half-staff March 1st in memory of Washington State Patrol Trooper Tony Radulescu.
Radulescu was killed in the line of duty Feb. 23rd in Kitsap County.
Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business Thursday, or first thing Friday morning, March 2nd. The directive coincides with Radulescu’s memorial service, which will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday at the ShoWare Center in Kent.
