Bremerton police release robbery suspect sketch
Bremerton police have released a sketch of a suspect associated with a June 1 attempted robbery at the ATM outside of the Kitsap Bank located at 1140 Marine Drive.
According to police, the man in the sketch sprayed a woman in the face with pepper spray or mace while she was making a deposit at about 2:30 p.m. June 1 and attempted to rob her. The suspect was last seen running north on Bertha Avenue. The woman described him as a Hispanic male, approximately 30-40 years of age. She said he was about 5'3" with a heavy build and wearing a zip-up hoody. A subsequent K-9 track of the suspect was unsuccessful.
