Kaleetan ferry returned to service

Update: Necessary repairs on the Kaleetan have been made and it will be back in service with the 3 p.m. sailing from Seattle.

Washington State Ferries has announced the cancellation of two sailings between Bremerton and Seattle today, Monday, June 17.

Due to necessary repairs the Kaleetan is out of service, officials said. This canceled the 12:35 p.m. sailing from Seattle and the 1:45 p.m. sailing from Bremerton is also cancelled as a result. Updates will occur as conditions change.
