Bremerton Goodwill’s Job Training and Education Center, located at 4209 Wheaton Way, is currently enrolling people in free classes for Oct. 20-Dec. 11.

The courses teach those with employment barriers valuable skills to find and keep jobs. For enrollment information, contact the center at (360) 373-3692.

Nominations sought

The Kitsap County Council for Human Rights is accepting nominations for the 2008 Wall of Fame Recognition Awards. These annual awards recognize individuals, groups and organizations in our community that have made significant contributions to human rights efforts in Kitsap County.
