OC Culinary interviewing for students

The Olympic College Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management department, an American Culinary Fed-eration Nationally Accredited program, is now interviewing potential students for winter quarter.

Students study and create cuisine for restaurants, fine dining and international cuisine under the guidance of Nationally Certified Chef Instructors Steve Lammers and Christopher Plemmons.

Classes begin Monday, Jan. 5, 2009 and are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-1:50 p.m.
