Due to inclement weather, Liberty Tax inside Kitsap Mall rescheduled the March 15 “Taxes” Holdem Poker Game to this Sunday, March 22. The game begins at 2 p.m.

Anyone 18 and older can enter to play for free. Ten names will be drawn from a hat and the chosen participants will be notified tomorrow. Seven people are signed up for the event so far.

“The winner will get a free tax return preparation,” said Liberty Tax spokeswoman Tami Kelly.

She said participants who have already filed their tax returns can play “Taxes” Holdem Poker and use the grand prize toward next year’s tax return.

Gifts will be given away and people can enter to win $50 off a tax return preparation as well as other prizes.

Kelly said people are encouraged to come watch the game and Lady Liberty will be on hand serving refreshments.

To enter to play “Taxes” Holdem Poker at Liberty Tax, call the Kitsap Mall location at (360) 698-1040.
