Kitsap County's two severe weather shelters will remain open because of freezing weather conditions.

The shelters are at Coffee Oasis, at 822 Burwell St. in Bremerton, and Spirit of Truth Fellowship, at 902 Dekalb St. in Port Orchard.

Hours of operation are 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. and no one will be allowed in after 9 p.m.
