The Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management will open two weather shelters this evening due to the freezing weather conditions.

A shelter for teens will be located at Bremerton's Coffee Oasis at 822 Burwell St. A shelter for all guests will be located at Bremerton's The Communitas Building at 920 Park Ave.

The Port Orchard shelter, located at Spirit of Truth, will not open due to lack of use.

The shelters open at 6 p.m. and close at 7 a.m. No one will be allowed in after 9 p.m.
