The robbery was reported at about 4:40 p.m. with a description of the suspect. He was reported to have left walking north from the grocery store, located at 2222 NW Bucklin Hill Road.

Kitsap County sheriff's deputies searched the area with a tracking dog but could not locate the suspect.

The suspect was described as male, white, having acne, about 6-feet-two-inches tall, 300 pounds, wearing a goatee, eyeglasses and a Washington State University beanie that said "Wazzu," according to a sheriff's office statement.

No weapon was shown.
