Petty Officer 2nd Class Daniel Vogel portrays a drunk driver and is arrested at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor March 10 during a mock car crash simulating the events of an accident involving alcohol. The event comes less than three weeks after a Kitsap sailor was killed driving the wrong way on Interstate 90. Master Chief Joe Fahrney said he hopes the event serves as "an abolishment of destructive decisions."
