Mayor’s race

Vote for Maupin

I am writing this letter in support of Will Maupin’s candidacy for the mayor of Bremerton. I feel that Will Maupin is the most qualified candidate we have and a very good choice to be the next mayor of this city. My service on the Bremerton School Board overlapped Will’s first term on the city council. We had many discussions on the affect of public schools on the well-being of the whole city. I found where Will and I disagreed, we were always able to find common ground to come to a compromised agreement acceptable to both parties. This ability to find common ground upon which to build consensus is a very important quality to have when dealing with the very diverse population of Bremerton.

I urge the citizens of Bremerton to vote on Election Day, and when you do, please vote for Will Maupin for mayor of Bremerton.
