Thanks to Silverdale snow-removal crews

We certainly have had our weather over the past few weeks!

I join the community in extending our thanks to the state and county road crews for their tireless efforts in clearing and sanding our roads. It can be discouraging to work all night plowing snow off the roads only to have them covered up the next day, but unless you stay on top of it, the roads really become a mess.

I know the planning that goes into being ready for such storms. It’s not glamorous, but that’s what sets the professionals apart. To all you soldiers of the streets, thanks a million.
