Gaza conflict: How can we just stand by and watch?

How can we as a people stand by and watch the Israeli stormtroopers bombard Gaza? How can we as citizens stand by as our government funds and even encourages this massacre? How can we justify the murder of 650 people in Gaza and the wounding of thousands more in a little more than a week in retaliation for the deaths of four Israelis from Hamas rocket fire over a period of eight years?

How can we justify a veto in the United Nations that may have stopped this carnage, this ethnic cleansing?

How can our media continue to lie about the cause of this massacre: it is just another step in the goal of Israel to drive the Arabs out of the so-called holy land?

We, the American people ought to be ashamed for our complicity in this, the latest of Israeli American popgoms against the Palestinians.
